In 1997, we started our company with the strong desire to make the content of the training less relevant than the context of the client: &u. Twenty years on, we are known as a team of senior consultants and trainers who work closely together with our client’s organization to pursue meaningful personal and organizational goals.
Individually, we differ in background, work experience, style, and preferences. As a team, we share the same approach to achieving results, as well as the pleasure we all have in doing our work together and with U.
